Originally posted this on another discussion but I think this should be where we can give suggestions to improve the game. I speak all this for fairness and to encourage more players rather than send people away with that big fat $ sign.

I'll like to point out how the latest event has showed how inept the game handlers are. Launch -> glitch with coins -> arena battle count glitch
Not to mention overly expensive costumes that high spenders got for free. I still do not understand why spenders of the same amounts that those people spent in the first few weeks of the game do not count for the same rewards. Did those people know they were investing in a game that could not be bothered with rewarding their spenders? Provide shitty service and game server management?
There are so many ways you can make your gamers, casual and experienced, free playing and high spending, happier:
1. Reduce AP recharge interval (6min -> 3min). Waiting for AP to recharge leads to greater idle intervals for your gamers. Less reasons to play eventually lead to player fatigue and they just leave.
2. Reduce gem costs for all in game shop items (30-40% cut) You gems are no longer premium currency, they just serve the function of in-game currency because everything is just shit expensive. I've never come across a game where what you top up is worth to nothing. You're better off spending your gold. Oh wait, you have none because that seems like a rare commodity too.
3. Balance all heroes more (buff, boost, rebalance characters like Rekt, Syklon, Unrager, Charger, Chevelier, Raider, Slayer, Berzerker, Red Mask, Savior, Barbarus, Punisher, Soulgrip, Zion which number half of the playable characters). A successful multi hero game encourages diversity instead of just the Fated few, the overpriced Grand heroes. You guys did something good with Alice and MG-13, who have both entered game meta. Do more instead of opening up new servers all the time and coming up with spend-or-lose-out shitty events.
4. Remove all that gunk from War Stadium Chests, City Siege Chests. So much time and effort goes into getting into top 32, top 18, top 8 etc etc. Why does shit like gold bullion or the lousiest refine crystal drop from these advanced chests? Its an insult. RNG does not need to depend on shitty drops to encourage competition. Can you imagine if everyone got better drops - fate equipment, grand/rare hero shards? this will only boost competitive spirits and you may have more willing $ spenders.
5. Maintain your damn servers. We don't even know if you're gaining an influx of new gamers or you're just fking lazy. The number of server breakdowns, lags have grown increasingly common as the game gets older. Ironic. Since games that age, are supposed to mature, get better content, move away from pay-to-win content. Have you not earned enough to even try?
6. Keep rolling out new gamers' rewards. This allows them to catch up faster. Let them gain 3x the experience of normal players for the first 2 weeks. Let them have higher drop rates, more gold, more gem rewards, exclusive costumes that us VIP players beg to have. This encourages newer gamers to join the fray because everyone I know or have tried to promote your game to drops out in 3 days because they all say everything needs $. And guess what, THEY ARE RIGHT.
7. Give out server rewards that are unique to a particular server but overall are all equal in worth EVERY WEEK. Yes, you saw that right. Server wide weekly rewards are like pats-on-the-back to your players. They are encouraging, they show you "sort-of" care. More than the absolutely no shits given attitude now. E.g. All S1 to S5 players get 50 wing upgraders and 50,000 gold, S6 to S10 get 150 wing enhancers and 200,000 gold, S11-S15 get 30 Omnishards and 20,000 gold etc etc. These are just basic numbers of the top of my head, but it doesn't take a genius to balance things out.
8. Have City Siege more often. War Stadium's addition of top 32 was fantastic. It brought more people up, they were allowed to participate. But now your city siege is a white elephant most of the days of the week. And when attack and defend is over, 500 measly siege shards to overpriced items at the shop. For goodness sakes, increase the frequency, allow the conquering of multiple cities, allow guilds to band together to take down the most powerful guild and split the loot evenly. Have you not heard of the Free Market system and competition? KEEP THINGS EXCITING FOR YOUR PLAYERS SO THE STRONG DON'T GET COMPLACENT AND THE WEAK FEEL LIKE THEY CAN GET SOMEWHERE BETTER THAN WHERE THEY ARE.
9. War Stadium has this voting thing but it has gotten stale. Its easy to guess who wins. But what if we root for an underdog and the underdog gets a boost in stats BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE ROOTING FOR HIM. You can effectively turn the tide of battle by encouraging interactive playing from your players. AND WHEN THE UNDERDOG WINS, EVERYONE WHO VOTED GETS MORE REWARDS instead of your usual few chests and pointless coins. Isn't this more exciting than just tapping in to get the basic amount? E.g. 70% - 30% (for every 10% underdog gets 1.5% boost to ATK, HP, DEF) and when the 30% voters' player wins, they all get x2 (60:40) or x3 (70:30) or x4 (80:20) based on percentage difference.
10. Have more of these Limited Events but have at least 80% of the requirements FREE. So those spend gems to get AP nonsense can be released on the first day so that it is a matter of choice to spend those gems rather than because someone is VIP 9 that allows him to do so in the first place. MAKE IT ABOUT CHOICE AND NOT $ PRIVILEGE. Let your VIP players get a different kind of privilege during these events instead. E.g. Maybe they can get increased drops from the instance campaigns of the stupid 2016 coin or the stupid Xmas candy. Or they can reset one round of Arena challenge, Lair challenge free every 2 days. BE CREATIVE RATHER THAN BEING GREEDY.
I speak all this from a VIP 9 player's point of view. I tried to support you guys in every way but i keep getting disappointed. The easiest way is just to let the game go and carry on my merry way but for such a well designed, stylish, one-of-a-kind game, I can't help but want to give whatever my feedback's worth.
What are some of your suggestions? Add on and hopefully, those greedy bitches see this.
