Gems are used to upgrade the quality of the Equipment.
Wings (main hero only)[]
Wings provide the main hero with a boost to all stats.
Evolution Needs: Wings Upgrader
Enhancement Needs: Wing Enhancer
Costumes (main hero only)[]
Costumes change the appearance of the main hero with a boost in stats. These do not need to be equipped for their effects to work. See the costumes page for more details and the list of available costumes.
Fate Equipment (selected heroes)[]
Fate equipment increase the stats of heroes significantly, as well as changing the appearance of the hero. See the Fate Equipment page for more details.
Enchantment[]
Upon reaching rank 4 of the equipment, each equipment gains more bonus stats. You may reroll the bonuses with the enchantment.
War Souls[]
Upon reaching player level 38 - you unlock the use of war souls. War souls are collected as rewards and they provide boost to stats. On the first rank, all characters are labeled "Brave", you may spend warsouls and gold to upgrade them to the next rank.

Star Level[]
For the main Hero - see Destiny
Once you collect hero shards you unlock a hero. If you complete another round of shard collecting, you are then able to upgrade the hero to the next star level which boosts their stats.
