Red Mask is based off Guan Yu [1], who is almost always depicted as a red-faced warrior with a long beard, wielding a guandao (similar to a glaive). Guan Yu and Zhang Fei [2] (X-MK III) were two of the first to join Liu Bei [3] (Savior).
